Our Team Ted Topping President, Creative Insights Inc., Vancouver Ted Topping, MBA, is president of Creative Insights Inc., a customer-experience consulting firm he established in 1989. As a presenter, consultant, training program creator and author, Ted helps consumer-facing organizations in all sectors perfect the customer experience they offer.
His clients include global and national retail brands and manufacturers, national and state-wide trade associations, government agencies and ministries, and small and mid-size retail, hospitality and service companies, dealers and distributors. The Creative Insights network of experts and collaborators ensures effective and up-to-date resources for each client project. With more than three decades of relevant experience, Ted Topping has a deep understanding of the key motors of a consumer-facing enterprise.
