The opportunity: with so much choice out there, consumers don’t like to feel that they’ve wasted their time, money or effort on anything that is not brilliant or worthwhile. To nail the brilliant and worthwhile focus on gettig the right people and teach them how to service the customer the best way possible. Because it is true that the critical driver for performance in your business lies mainly in your ability to put the right people in the right positions and align them to your strategy.
This means hiring right, training right, planning careers right and of course paying your people right and creating the right culture for your company. And with the right people, comes the right service for your customer which is both a combination of your sales training and of course their attitude and willingness to exceed expectations.
