First, customers are everyone we deal with whether they are a distributor, end user, contractor, architect, designer, etc. in essence, everyone we talk to in person, online or on the phone. And customers can be difficult, today more than ever.
So, how do you deal with them to make sure that they are satisfied? There are many techniques that you can deploy and they all point in one direction: understand that you are in the relationship business - you are in it for the long-term – and that you and customers should be creating value together. So, how are you achieving these goals today and what else can you do to achieve customer service new heights?
