In this session, the participants will learn what they need to know about big box retailers, how they are structured, how they make money, their strategies for attracting customers and how they attract and keep staff.   It is important to “know the enemy” and in this session the partcipants will learn how these stores operate and how they can successfully compete against them.More specifically, we will: •Explore how these retailers go to market and what messaging they are using with their consumers •Discover how to respond to customer objections like  “I can get it at _________ for ten dollars cheaper” •Recognize how to teach their customers why it is smarter to buy from them.
