Challenge: Sam’s had a large business in both wines and spirits and had three separate systems to run their store, catalogue/web and phone order system. These three systems did not actively interchange information. Sam’s wanted one system that would integrate their store, catalogue, phone order and web business. Solution: Dionco completed a needs' analysis that examined every component of Sam’s business, suggested additional best practices where appropriate, completed a system architecture blueprint, sourced the solution and then acted as project manager to ensure a perfect install. We purchased all the hardware for the entire project (14 POS systems, all supplies) and detailed the main servers and interfaces. We also helped conduct all staff training and wrote the training manuals for the staff. Services Provided:
