Challenge:

Lindt & Sprüngli had opened a manufacturing facility in Stratham New Hampshire to supply their North American Customers. As part of the factory, Lindt had opened up a small factory store. The factory store was such an immediate success that it was decided that they would open up more retail stores. Technology was needed that could not only run the stores POS but also maintain a customer database and interface with the manufacturing company financial reports.

Solution:

Dionco completed a needs' analysis that examined every component of Lindt & Sprüngli’s business, suggested additional best practices where appropriate, completed a system architecture blueprint, prepared a RFP for suppliers which was sent to fourteen potential suppliers, rated the responses, selected the final solution, assisted in negotiations with the selected vendor, and then monitored the project during install.
