Projects:
Selling & Service Improvement Programs

Designed, developed and facilitated a Core Management Skills training program for a major footwear company.

Client:

Bata The largest manufacturer and retailer of footwear in the world with operations in 70 countries.

Participants:

  • Training and Operations Managers
  • Junior Managers from all disciplines

Challenge:

Bata International wanted to create a common vocabulary and standard benchmark of foundational knowledge of its core functional areas of retail, non-retail sales, manufacturing, product development, finance, and human resources plus other management skills such as, technology, negotiation and leadership for all its Managers worldwide.

Solution:

Dionco designed a 14-Module management development program that concentrated on Bata’s key functional areas plus the additional management skills. We delivered the program to the company’s appointed Project Leaders through Train the Trainer Seminars of 14/15 days on average. We taught the Project Leaders how to deliver the training and organize the courses for their Managers.

  • The Module is presented in Power Point and with the supplement of material included in the Appendix of each Participant’s Manual and Leader’s Guide
